Refund & Exchange Policy

At Kianni Design Studios, we take pride in our craftsmanship and sustainability efforts. Due to the nature of our production process, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

 

Exchanges

We understand that certain situations may require an exchange. Exchanges may be considered under the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong item or size due to our error.

• Your item arrived damaged or defective (must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence).

 

To request an exchange:

• Contact us at info@kianni.shop within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

 

KDS reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist!
